Change health goals apple watch. Tap change move goal. For some reason apple doesn t make it possible to adjust the exercise or stand goals. To change the exercise goal tap the or button or rotate the digital crown.
Launch the activity app on the watch. Once you ve chosen the exercise goal that you want tap next at the bottom of the screen. You should adjust your move goal to reflect your fitness goals and current lifestyle.
Either swipe or use the crown to go to the bottom of the screen. Stand and exercise each have default goals of 12 hours and 30 minutes respectively. So on your apple watch first find the activity app.
Tap on change move goal. Launch the activity app from your apple watch s home screen. While the exercise and stand goals can t be changed you can adjust your calorie goal whenever you d like.
In order to change your daily move goal run the activity app on the apple watch and do a firm press anywhere on the screen. To adjust a calorie goal on an apple watch do this. Press and hold on the screen until a popup appears.
Open fitness app on apple watch. Then tap on change move goal and you will see the current move goal calories. Press firmly on the screen.
